The group imported its 50 internal rules from existing files, organized them by category and published them, so the current version can be checked in one place.

Challenge
The group operates some 50 internal rules, and the files were kept by individual departments. Files were copied with each amendment, and confirming which version was current took effort.
Each document recorded its amendment history differently, so tracing earlier versions was difficult. To apply its rules correctly across the group, it needed a way to manage the current versions centrally.
Adoption
Valuing the ability to use its existing files as they were, the group adopted Kiteilog, a rules and manuals management SaaS. Existing documents are read in with AI import and registered with their article structure intact.
The main rules were imported within a few days and organized into 14 categories. Each rule was reviewed and published in turn.
Results and current use
Current rules are published in Kiteilog, so everyone in the company refers to the same version. When rules need to be submitted or distributed, they are exported to Word.
Amendments are recorded as versions, so earlier versions and the history of changes can be traced. Organizing by category has also made rules easier to find.
The group has begun handling amendments in Kiteilog and plans to standardize the process across all its companies.
