Google Cloud,
from contract to operations through one point of contact.

As a Google Cloud sales partner, we handle contracting and billing, architecture and build, migration from other clouds or on-premises, cost optimization, and monitoring and operations — all through one point of contact. Even without a dedicated cloud team, we stay with you remotely, on business days, from setup through stable operations.

Pain points

Do any of these sound familiar?

Whether you can’t settle on an architecture or are tired of billing and build sitting with different parties — start the conversation here.

You want to use Google Cloud but can’t decide between Cloud Run, GKE and Compute Engine.
You want to move from AWS or on-premises, but some systems can’t go down.
You want BigQuery or Vertex AI, but nobody owns permissions and billing.
The monthly bill is unpredictable and you can’t see what costs what.
IAM, organization policies and networking grew ad hoc, and audits make you nervous.
Contracting sits with a reseller, build with another firm, operations in-house — too many parties.
Reasons

Contract, build and operations — seen by the same people

What trips people up with Google Cloud is that contracting and billing, architecture, migration and day-to-day operations end up with different parties. As a sales partner we hold the contract and billing, and the same team carries design, build and operations through.

01

A sales partner, so billing is consolidated

As a Google Cloud sales partner, we act as your point of contact from contracting through billing. Questions about build and operations and questions about the contract go to the same place.

02

An architecture matched to your needs, in writing

Cloud Run, GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, BigQuery — the range of options easily becomes indecision. We ask about scale, operating setup and your monthly ceiling, then present an architecture and a monthly estimate in writing. “Start small” is a conclusion we do reach.

03

Migration designed not to stop anything

Moves from AWS, on-premises or shared hosting run as parallel build → verification → cutover, without stopping the business. Hybrid setups that keep part of the estate on AWS are designed as such — we don’t force a single cloud.

04

We don’t stop at the build

Monitoring, alerting, backups and cost reviews are part of the handover, and we take on operations afterwards — remotely, on business days. Closed-network VPN access is supported.

Scope

What we cover

From contracting and billing to architecture, build, migration, security, cost, monitoring and operations.

01 Billing

Contracting, billing & account structure

We hold the contract and billing as a sales partner, and organize the organization / folder / project hierarchy and billing accounts by department or service.

  • Contract procurement and consolidated billing
  • Organization / folder / project design
  • Billing accounts and budget alerts
02 Architecture

Architecture & build

Compute, databases, networking and storage designed to your requirements and operating setup, built with Terraform.

  • Cloud Run / GKE / Compute Engine
  • Cloud SQL / AlloyDB / Firestore / Cloud Storage
  • VPC, load balancers, Cloud Armor
  • Infrastructure as code with Terraform
03 Migration

Migration

From AWS, on-premises or shared hosting, without stopping the business. Database moves are planned with Database Migration Service where it fits.

  • Migration from AWS / on-premises / shared hosting
  • Database migration (DMS, dump / restore)
  • Parallel build → verification → cutover
  • Hybrid setups that keep part of the estate
04 Data / AI

Data & AI foundations

A data platform centered on BigQuery and a foundation for AI features with Vertex AI, including the permission and billing controls.

  • BigQuery datasets, permissions and cost design
  • Cloud Storage / Pub/Sub / Dataflow integration
  • Vertex AI environments and billing control
05 Security

Security & governance

IAM, organization policies and audit logs arranged so you can answer an information-security audit.

  • Least-privilege IAM and service accounts
  • Organization policies, VPC Service Controls
  • Audit logs, Secret Manager, key management
06 Operation

Cost, monitoring & operations

Cost breakdown made visible, waste reduced with committed use discounts and right-sizing. Monitoring, alerting and backups in place, with operations handled on business days.

  • Cost visibility, committed use discounts, right-sizing
  • Monitoring with Cloud Monitoring / Sentry / Grafana
  • Backup and recovery procedures
  • Operating procedures and remote operations on business days
Process

How it works

From a look at the current state to design, build, migration and operations. Starting small is fine.

  • 01Discovery — an online session on your current environment, what moves, your operating setup and monthly ceiling.
  • 02Design & estimate — architecture, monthly estimate and migration plan in writing. Contract and billing are arranged here.
  • 03Build & migrate — built with Terraform, verified in a parallel environment, then cut over.
  • 04Handover & operations — monitoring, backups and operating procedures in place at handover. Ongoing operations available.
Plans

Engagement options

Build only, migration only, or through ongoing operations. Pricing is presented in writing once requirements are fixed.

Spot

Spot support

  • Architecture review and design consulting
  • Cost assessment and review
  • Individual build and configuration work
Retainer

Ongoing operations

  • Remote operations and changes on business days
  • Monthly cost and uptime reports
  • Periodic architecture review
Comparison

Compared with the alternatives

A Google Cloud contract can be started any number of ways. The difference is whether the architecture matches your needs, the move happens without downtime, and someone keeps watching cost and operations afterwards.

Direct contract

Contract with Google directly

  • Contract and billing managed in-house
  • Architecture and migration designed on your own
  • IAM and networking set up yourselves
  • Operations and cost management owned internally
Reseller only

Sales-only partner

  • Contract and billing are consolidated
  • Design, build and migration often out of scope
  • Security and monitoring not covered
  • A separate party needed for operations
SHANNON

One point of contact from contract to operations

  • Contract and billing consolidated as a sales partner
  • Architecture and estimate presented in writing
  • Zero-downtime migration, security and monitoring in place
  • Remote operations on business days, ongoing cost review
FAQ

FAQ

Yes. Parallel build → verification → cutover, without stopping the business. Hybrid setups that keep part of the estate on AWS are designed as such. If moving would cost more, we tell you so.
Yes. As a Google Cloud sales partner we take on contracting through billing as a single point of contact. Switching from an existing direct contract can be arranged as well.
Our operations run on business days. We do not offer night or weekend on-call. Monitoring and alerting run around the clock, and we design the setup and procedures so that business-day response is enough.
We work with setups from a few tens of thousands of yen per month. Tell us the current state and your monthly ceiling.
We design with Cloud VPN and Interconnect as needed, and our own work can be done over closed-network VPN access.
