Our members have worked across finance (banks, securities, financial-product providers), healthcare, employee benefits, media, e-commerce and retail, entertainment, SaaS, security, nursing care, advertising and healthcare IoT, among others. The balance between "correctness" and "speed" differs by industry, so we factor that in from the design stage.
Yes. Our default approach is an incremental replacement that shifts to the new platform in stages without stopping production. We propose an approach suited to your situation — running old and new in parallel, carving out functional domains one at a time, and fitting in with your release cycle.
Two things. First, we develop and operate our own products. Because we run products day to day, we can speak to design trade-offs and the choices that matter in the operation phase from first-hand experience. Second, we combine AI with human judgement. We build generative AI such as Claude into our work as a matter of course, while senior engineers make the final calls.
Yes. We are happy to start with a small scope, such as setting up a single web server or the initial monitoring configuration.
Yes. We provide technology selection, design reviews and second opinions on an hourly basis.
On handover we take stock of the architecture and propose any refactoring needed. We can step in even when documentation is thin.
Contracts are monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. We expect long-term engagements, but we do not lock you in.
