Challenge
The company offers several SaaS and API products, and each console needs its own sign-in.
Building passkeys into each product separately multiplies the implementation and maintenance burden by the number of products. The challenge was to keep a consistent security level while limiting development effort.
Adoption
The company chose SealGate because an app can be created per product and passkeys added the same way in each.
A SealGate app was created for each product, and passkeys were built in using a common procedure.
Results and current use
Every console now signs in with the same passkey mechanism, giving a consistent security level.
Sign-in records can be checked in SealGate, so no product needs its own logging for this.
New products will adopt passkeys using the same procedure.
