This role covers our own product, AIReserve, from marketing and sales initiatives to sales meetings and onboarding. You hold online meetings with customers who enquired or were reached through outbound, and take them through contract and onboarding. Fully remote as a rule, with meetings held online. You can take this on as a side job alongside your main work.
What you'll do
Marketing and sales initiatives
You plan and run marketing and sales initiatives for these industries together with us.
Sales meetings and contracts
Online meetings with customers who enquired through marketing or were reached through outbound, and proposals through to closing.
Onboarding
Onboarding after signing and follow-up until the customer's operation is settled. Because the work touches how bookings and reception are run, you see the practice or shop through to the point where they can actually run it.
Relaying feedback from the field
Pass what comes up in meetings and onboarding ("this is missing") back to the development team. Sales and development sit close together, so fixes sometimes land the following week.
