From organizing industry and workflow requirements, to product planning and UX design, to multi-tenant development, and on to post-release operations, customer success, and continuous feature additions — one team owns it all. We don’t sell planning or development in isolation; we design on the premise that we won’t just “build it and leave.”
01 Discovery Planning & requirements
We organize requirements grounded in the field’s workflows, business customs, and regulations. The more a workflow runs on paper, phone, and Excel today, the more we start by untangling “who uses it, when, and for what,” placing the condition of being “genuinely used in that industry” at the heart of the design. Rather than implementing feature requests as-is, we narrow down the core value and then decide the first release scope.
- Interviews on frontline work & business customs
- Mapping legal & audit requirements
- Taking stock of existing paper / Excel / phone operations
- Organizing target users & usage scenarios
- Evaluating competitors & existing packages
- Defining core value & initial release scope
02 Design Product planning & UX design
We prioritize everyday usability over piling on features. We design screens where field staff never get lost even without a manual, along with views tailored to permissions and roles. We lower the training cost of onboarding and build an experience that fits into frontline operations as-is. We validate with prototypes before building in earnest, cutting down rework.
- Information architecture & screen-flow design
- UI that fits frontline operations
- Designing views by permission & role
- Upfront validation with prototypes
- Flows that lower onboarding training cost
03 Development Multi-tenant development
As a SaaS served to multiple client companies, we implement with tenant isolation, permissions, billing, audit logs, and scalability all in view. Rather than reusing a single-company build as-is, we prepare from the start a platform where data never mixes as clients grow, and that absorbs differences in plans and org structures. For workflows heavy on legal compliance and audit trails, we design down to how those trails are kept.
- Multi-tenant platform & data isolation
- Permission, organization & user management
- Billing & plan management
- Audit logs & operation trails
- External integration (CSV / API)
- Scalability & performance design
04 Operation Operations & customer success
After release we keep going with uptime monitoring, incident response, first-line support, and improvement. Watching how it’s used, we decide as operators to retire features that aren’t used and fix the spots where people get stuck — a judgment we can make because we own everything from planning through operation. We also support onboarding for client companies.
- Uptime monitoring & incident response
- First-line support
- Visualizing usage
- Onboarding support for client companies
- Regular improvement proposals
05 Iterate Continuous feature additions
For industry-specific SaaS, the phase of adding features really continues after release — in step with legal changes, shifts in frontline operations, and a growing client base. We run a rhythm of collecting requests, prioritizing them, and adding features in small increments while watching the blast radius. On the premise that features can be added or updated without affecting existing tenants, we draw the roadmap together with you.
- Collecting & prioritizing requests
- Keeping up with legal & regulatory changes
- Updates that don’t affect existing tenants
- Co-developing the roadmap
