We optimized a corporate site to be correctly discovered and cited by generative AI such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. We handled everything from AI crawler access settings, to an llms.txt that summarizes the site structure for AI, to setting up structured data.
A whistleblowing system: prototype in one week with Next.js + Prisma, then a full launch as PM
We launched an enterprise whistleblowing system from scratch with Next.js + Prisma + NextAuth + Resend. With a small team of one PM and one developer, we completed a prototype in a week and carried it to release in about five person-months.
