Frequently asked questions

Any Linux / Windows server where monitoring can be installed, whether cloud, rented or your own. We configure it to your server count and setup, and operate it remotely.
This service specializes in server resource monitoring. Website uptime monitoring (external/synthetic monitoring) is handled separately by our uptime monitoring service, and application error monitoring by our error and log monitoring service. You're welcome to discuss them together.
This service covers monitoring and notification only; it does not include recovery response when an incident occurs, nor OS and middleware maintenance. As we work remotely and on business days, we don't take on night or weekend on-call duty on your behalf.
We start from a minimum of ¥10,000 per month (for example, 5 servers on Basic, or 3 servers on Standard). The setup fee is ¥30,000 (excl. tax). The per-server monthly rate is ¥2,000 for Basic, ¥3,500 for Standard and ¥5,000 for Pro (all excl. tax).
We offer migration support from an existing monitoring tool (from ¥50,000). We carry over your current monitoring items and notification settings and migrate at a comfortable pace.
