Catch server trouble
in the numbers, before it hits.

We continuously monitor CPU, memory, disk, and network, and notify you by email or Slack the moment something looks off. You can check the current state anytime on a Japanese-language dashboard, and we deliver a monthly uptime report as well. SHANNON handles everything from setup to day-to-day operations.

Pain points

Do any of these sound familiar?

“By the time we noticed, it was already down” is the kind of thing that erodes trust in how you run operations.

You only realized the server was under heavy load once users started complaining.
The disk filled up, and one day the service went down out of nowhere.
You want monitoring in place, but there’s no bandwidth to choose, configure, and run the tools.
The English-only screens of an overseas tool never caught on internally.
When someone asks “are the servers okay?”, you can’t answer with actual numbers.
Reasons

Not just installed — embedded into how you operate

Signing up for a monitoring tool isn’t the hard part. What separates success from failure is whether the selection and setup burden gets taken off your hands, whether alerts actually get acted on, and whether it keeps running in a way that sticks inside the organization.

01

Selection, setup, and operations handled for you

From deciding which tool and which metrics to watch, to remote configuration on each server, to day-to-day operations — SHANNON takes it on. You can stand up CPU, memory, disk, and network monitoring instead of leaving it perpetually on the back burner.

02

In Japanese, so it sticks internally

You can check the current state on a Japanese-language dashboard. Where an overseas tool’s English screens never took root, we answer with a clear view that works on both desktop and mobile.

03

Designed so alerts don’t get ignored

When a threshold is crossed, we notify by email or Slack right away — but delivery isn’t the end of it. We design who gets alerted through which channel, so alerts don’t get buried and left unattended.

04

See it in the numbers before it goes down

We get you to a state where disk pressure and rising load are visible in the numbers before the service goes down. The monthly uptime report keeps a record of trends, so you can answer “are the servers okay?” with actual figures.

Scope

What we cover

A server resource monitoring service where SHANNON handles everything from setup to operations on your behalf.

01 Metrics

Server resource monitoring

We continuously observe CPU, memory, disk, and network. We get rising load and disk pressure to a state you can catch before the service goes down.

02 Notify

Instant alerts on anomalies

When a predefined threshold is crossed, we notify by email or Slack immediately. We design who gets alerted through which channel, so alerts don’t go unattended.

03 Dashboard

Japanese-language dashboard

You can check the current server state on a Japanese-language dashboard. It works on both desktop and mobile, so you can grasp the situation at a glance even on the go.

04 Report

Monthly uptime report

We compile each month’s operating status into a report and deliver it. Because resource trends are kept in numbers, you can use it as-is for internal or client reporting.

Process

How it works

  • 01Free consultation & sign-up — we ask about the servers you want monitored and where alerts should go (email / Slack).
  • 02Monitoring setup — we configure monitoring remotely on each server and set up the alert routes and thresholds.
  • 03Alert test — we confirm that alerts actually arrive from detection through delivery before going live.
  • 04Operations & monthly report — we share status on the Japanese-language dashboard and deliver a monthly uptime report.

  • Limited set of metrics available
  • Weak alerting routes
  • No clear Japanese-language view
  • No uptime report
SHANNON

Setup through operations, all in one

  • CPU, memory, disk, and network monitored together
  • SHANNON handles setup through alert design
  • Japanese-language dashboard & monthly report
  • Easy to start, at a monthly rate per server
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Any Linux / Windows server that can host monitoring — cloud, rented, or your own on-premise servers. We configure it to match your count and setup, and run it remotely.
This service focuses on server resource monitoring. Website uptime checks (external monitoring) are handled separately by our uptime monitoring service, and application error monitoring by our error & log monitoring service. We’re happy to discuss these together.
This service covers monitoring and alerting only; it doesn’t include recovery work during an incident or maintenance of the OS and middleware. Because we work remotely and on business days, we don’t take on after-hours or weekend on-call.
We take on as few as one. We quote individually based on the number of servers and the plan mix, so let us know the server setup you want monitored.
We offer migration support from your existing monitoring tool. We carry over your current metrics and alert settings and move you across at a manageable pace.
