We continuously observe CPU, memory, disk and network. You can catch rising load and tightening disk space before the service goes down.
When a predefined threshold is crossed, we notify you instantly by email or Slack. We design who receives it and through which route, so notifications don't get left unattended.
You can check the current server status on a Japanese dashboard. It works on both desktop and mobile, so you can see the state at a glance even while out.
We deliver each month's status as a report. Because resource trends are kept in numbers, you can use it directly to report internally or to your own customers.
