SHANNON (“the Company”) has revised the pricing of its policy-management SaaS “Kitei Log.” The Free plan ended on August 27, 2026, and is replaced by a 30-day trial that includes every feature of the Standard plan.
What has changed
The former Free plan (up to 5 policies, 3 manuals, and 5 employees) is replaced by 30 days of unrestricted access from the day of registration. Labor-management agreements including Article 36, workplace and worker-representative records, and CSV and PDF export are all included. No credit card is required.
Why
The Free plan existed for customers who wanted to start small. But the value of managing policies appears only once a policy is published, distributed to employees, and read — with that reading on record. A five-employee ceiling stopped customers before they reached that point. Limiting the period instead of the features lets people work through the whole cycle once.
For customers currently on the Free plan
Customers on the Free plan keep full access to every Standard feature at no charge until September 26, 2026.
After that date, published policies remain readable and proof of reading continues to be recorded. This is deliberate: Article 106 of the Labor Standards Act requires that employees have access to the rules that govern them, and that obligation does not pause. What stops is creating and editing policies, inviting employees, and the AI features.
All policies, revision histories, and access logs are retained. Nothing is deleted. Moving to a paid plan resumes the account with the same data.

No plan charges per seat, and all can be cancelled monthly.
