SHANNON (“the Company”) has revised the pricing of its policy-management SaaS “Kitei Log.” As of today, the Standard plan is ¥9,800 per month (¥10,780 incl. tax), down from ¥19,800 (¥21,780 incl. tax).
What changed
- Standard — ¥9,800/month (¥10,780 incl. tax). Unlimited policies, manuals, and users; labor-management and Article 36 agreements; 100 AI assistant runs per month
- Business (¥39,800) and Enterprise (individual quote) are unchanged
- No changes to features or limits. No per-seat charges, and plans can be cancelled monthly
Why
Maintaining and distributing internal policies is required of companies regardless of size. Yet smaller companies told us that a ¥20,000 monthly fee pushed the decision up to management approval. Pricing the plan where a manager can simply start using it makes policy management accessible to the companies that have tended to put it off.
With customer-harassment countermeasures becoming a legal obligation in October 2026 under the revised Comprehensive Labor Policy Promotion Act, the occasions that require well-maintained internal policies keep growing — for companies of every size.
