SHANNON (“the Company”) announces that it has revised the pricing of its rule and manual management SaaS “Kitei Log” and introduced a Free plan that is free forever. Alongside this, we are reorganizing the previous single plan into three tiers — Standard / Business / Enterprise — and moving to a freemium structure.
Background
Since launch, we have received many inquiries about Kitei Log along the lines of “we want to try it with a small team first” or “we want to manage only certain rules.” Previously, the only structure was a single plan that moved to a paid plan after a 30-day free trial, but we are switching to a freemium model so that you can adopt it in stages according to your scale and use case. You can get started with the Free plan without registering a credit card.
New Pricing Plans
- Free: ¥0/month (free forever, no credit card required). Up to 5 rules / 3 manuals / 5 users. AI legal review 3 times/month, AI question answering 10 times/month, AI import 2 times/month.
- Standard: ¥19,800/month (¥21,780 incl. tax). Unlimited rules and manuals, unlimited users, support for labor-management and Article 36 agreements, AI assistant 100 times/month.
- Business: ¥39,800/month (¥43,780 incl. tax). Audit log UI, viewing-evidence UI, bulk CSV / PDF export, IP restrictions, public API, AI assistant 500 times/month, priority support (SLA 99.9%).
- Enterprise: Custom quote. Dedicated security review and customization support.
None of the plans charge per user, and all support monthly cancellation.
For Existing Customers
Existing paid contracts will automatically migrate to the Standard plan. There is no change to pricing or terms of use. If you wish to upgrade to the Business plan, you can do so from “Change Plan” in the admin console.
