Kitei Log manages internal policies, manuals, and labor-management agreements in one place — from drafting through revision, publication, and the read-receipt trail. The laws a policy rests on differ by industry. Alongside laws that apply to every company — the Labor Standards Act, the Child Care and Family Care Leave Act, and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information — Kitei Log automatically retrieves the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and the Industrial Safety and Health Act, as well as industry-specific legislation such as the Gas Business Act, the Food Sanitation Act, the Social Welfare Act, the Motor Truck Transportation Business Act, the Private Schools Act, and the Insurance Business Act, from the e-Gov legal database. When an amendment is detected, AI compares it against your own policies and flags where you may not yet have responded.
