SHANNON (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has expanded the standard templates in Kitei Log, its SaaS for managing internal policies and manuals, to more than 100.
Background
When Kitei Log first launched, it shipped with 44 standard policy templates. Since the service began, many customers have asked us for the ability to draft not only core policies such as work rules and wage regulations, but also policies in the information security and accounting domains from ready-made models. This expansion adds templates centered on four areas — labor, information security, accounting, and compliance — bringing the cumulative total to more than 100.
Main template areas added
- Labor: telework rules, side-job and secondary-employment rules, childcare and family-care leave rules, harassment prevention rules, and more
- Information security: information security policy, equipment take-out rules, software usage rules, incident response rules, and more
- Accounting: accounting rules, fixed-asset management rules, seal management rules, business travel expense rules, and more
- Compliance: internal whistleblowing rules, rules for excluding antisocial forces, anti-bribery rules, and more
Once drafted, each template can be managed directly within Kitei Log for revision history, distribution and notification, and access logging. Existing customers can use these templates at no additional cost.
