SHANNON (“the Company”) announces that its policy-management SaaS “Kitei Log” now offers a plan built for sharoshi firms — certified labor and social security attorneys. The plan is available from today.
Background
Revising internal policies means keeping track of which company holds which policy, and at which revision. For a firm that serves many client companies, that workload grows with every client. Each amendment to the law has to be checked against all of them, and Article 36 agreements have to be renewed each year for every workplace.
Kitei Log was previously sold per company, so a firm had no way to see its clients side by side. The new plan makes the firm itself the contracting party and adds screens that work across clients.
One screen for every client
- Inbox — legal amendments, replies to review requests, and Article 36 deadlines for every client, in one list
- Clients — open any client’s policy list without switching workspaces
- Policies — work by document type instead of by company, for example “every client whose work rules are still outstanding”
- Agreements — track Article 36 and other labor-management agreements across all clients, ordered by expiry
Client companies do not need an account
Client companies are not required to sign up for Kitei Log.
- Review requests — send a link to a revised policy by email and record the approval or requested changes
- Read links — share a link with employees; their name and the time are recorded as proof of reading
From drafting to delivery
The plan covers AI-assisted drafting, Word and PDF import, bulk AI review against legal amendments, Article 36 agreements based on Form No. 9 and Form No. 9-2 (special clauses), and delivery in Word or PDF. Client records can be registered in bulk by CSV.
Pricing
Firms contract directly; client companies are not charged.
- Starter — ¥19,800/month (¥21,780 incl. tax), up to 10 clients
- Pro — ¥39,800/month (¥43,780 incl. tax), up to 30 clients
- Business — ¥79,800/month (¥87,780 incl. tax), up to 100 clients
None of the plans limit the number of staff accounts. Firms with more than 100 clients are quoted individually. A 30-day free trial is available and requires no credit card.

For client companies
If your firm adopts this plan, you can review and approve revised policies directly from a link sent by email. Nothing is required on your side, and no additional contract is needed.
